I found it in the custom minifig bins at the Lego store in North Point Mall outside Atlanta. Maybe they have similar pieces in the other Lego corporate stores?
I'm just getting back into Lego, a major childhood obsession. We drove 2 hours to build custom minifigs of ourselves so we can "visit" a friend's Lego town. I wear hawaiian shirts and Jean's to work, so I had to go with it.
