(Chuck Tatum was a heroic Marine in the Pacific during WWII. If you saw the series "The Pacific," he had a role. Post war, he liked engineering and sports car racing).

Could we rent this space for an autocross?
Obligatory photo
Contact the city officers of Tustin, CA. They don't know what to do with the WWII blimp hangers there. But I'm sure they'll rent out. (Insurance required).
I was inside this structure back in 1996, during Tustin Thunder, a vintage racing event sponsored by VARA. They had a concurrent car show in the hanger while vintage sports cars raced around it. (If you're not familiar with VARA, it's a "no holds barred" vintage racing organization in SoCal. Impressive. It's where I first saw Mazda USA's yellow Miata NA Coupe concept car on display in the hangar. (Their US Design studio was about 5 miles away in Irvine).
BTY, those loaves look pretty dang delicious!

Rubbish. She looks like a cat.
(We love our tiny house bastard, who reduces me to sputtering incoherence like "Either get out of there or germinate!")

Holy moly, that's the hardest couple of projects I've ever seen on a trailer before.

Worst part is, I don't even have any kids. They are rentals from the neighbor.
