I've joined a few FB groups for local racetracks that closed down, and with some many older folks stuck at home they've been a lot of fun. Today a post went off on a tangent and I've started catching up with people I haven't seen since I was a kid, and found out a bit about where one of my Dad's cars went.

When Freeport closed he sold it to his friend Charlie who turned it into a street stock to race at Riverhead Raceway:
Then he sold to someone else who ran it a few more years:
