Is this what the Battlestar Galactica was based on? Glue some side pods on to launch fighters and you are there...

What's this bike called? Velocipede?

I'm guessing it's for drifting. There's probably a pedal or lever that lowers it enough to get the back tires almost off the ground.
I am disappoint that the giant skateboard in the foreground is just decoration and not involved in the stunt at all.
If I remember correctly, it was there to automatically apply the brakes as soon as the tires hit the road.
Edit: forgot my link:
But, that center wheel has it's very own ramp. And then the car goes up the ramp with the R/R wheel off the ramp.
My guess is the ramps need to have so much twist in them to get the rotation to get the car started rotating while on the ramp. The hump in the center ramp helps get the thing spinning.

That makes two.
I just noticed this in my rental Altima.....
Where is the 1,000 rpm indicator???
I assume it's the tick between 0 & 2 but it just looks funny. Did they sacrifice that to show an additional 1,000 rpm of forbidden zone on the other end?

It's an Altima. So its expected to be driven bouncing off the rev limiter. But you are doing the no seatbelt thing correctly.
