See, that's the difference.
The driver of one of these wouldn't even notice the Jeep existed, nor deign to mention it if they did:

I have one of those. This particular car, chassis 151, is a 906LH and has a long nose and tail. Mine does not. I finally found indicator and brake lenses for mine.
Made a pot of chili while waiting for the big storm. Sitting in my GRM sweatshirt (very warm BTW) wrapping Christmas presents and watching Silver Streak. I never realized the price on the XKE Coupe they stole, $4999. Yikes.

Wait! I missed something. What is that? Besides awsome in a shop full of awesomeness.

Do you know any of your car's history? Pic from Lime Rock regional race September 1972.
Holy crap did we get hit last night. 15"+ from by calculations, but I have drifts 4' high coming down the driveway. Got the truck stuck trying to plow and had to resort to bringing out the big dog. This sucks!

Man! That reminds me of the last winter I spent in kane Pennsylvania! Want to say it was the blizzard of 93, but don't quote me. I was a kid. I remember that the plow truck was buried under a drift, and being able to walk out the back door into a solid wall of snow because of the drift.
Picture unrelated.

Blizzard of 93 in Pennsylvania?
I had tunnels through my yard

I remember that we had lost power for a dew days, so mom stuffed all her frozen foods into yhe snowdrifts out the back door. I distinctly remember the big Turkey.
I hate that the head trauma has made so much of those memories fuzzy or just plain gone. Don't have a whole lot before my early 20s, and question the validity if what i do have. But im blessed to have what i have, and that be one of the few long term repercussions!

I got $20 says you can't make the record skip.
I feel for all of you up north. I lived in Chicago as a kid and remember well the blizzard of '78. One of our cars was parked in front of the garage ('70 Dodge Monaco SW), and you could not even see it from the drift off the roof. We had to shovel the roof to keep it from caving in, and I remember spending two days shoveling the driveway and sidewalks.
Note: Pics aren't mine, but are of Chicago '78 storm.
