We live 10 miles from the Quonset Point Air National Guard base here in RI. C-130's are in the air all the time, day and night. This is what we usually see looking to the east, on their north-south final approach:
Never any extreme antics though. Always flying strictly conservatively and "by the book." But I'm sure they're taught extreme measures before being deployed to dangerous regions. That's done somewhere else, not RI.
(I have a childhood friend who became a C-130 pilot in the RI ANG. His mother was our Sunday school teacher in the late fifties. He was deployed to the Middle East several times, and retired a few years ago as a Lt. Col. His father was a KC-97 pilot in the Air Force in the forties and fifties, refueling B-47's, but was unfortunately killed in a crash in upstate NY in '57 (making our Sunday school teacher a widow). His father is buried in the cemetery across the road from my house. I used to tell him to dip his wings in honor of his father when he passed over, but he was too "by the book" military (even if not detected) to ever do something like that. Guess that's how you retire as Lt. Col.)

Izzat for sale, and if so, how much?
C-130's are not comfy to ride in, and a little drafty cruising with the doors open.
I've never landed in one, so I don't know how that feels.
You trash hauler fans need to read this book:
Pardon the pixels, but this hoss flew over the house yesterday.
Saw this earlier today.
Only in Florida. A deer stand with a supply of food and guarantee not to get scurvy.
Squirrels are big this year.

Do you just open the freezer door and let them walk in?

Man, if I took photos of the military aircraft I see from my yard... I live under an approach to Andrews.

Now that you mention it, it was a long time from my first take off in a Hercules to my first landing. 12-13 years

I'm sure it's a rendering.
In reply to Duke :
It is. He used 3DS Max and Corona Render. Pretty great work
