Can we please stop hotlinking pics?

Well, except maybe this. Normally, I police the sidewalk and gutter in front of my house for trash: glass and plastic bottles, cans, paper and plastic bags, coffee cups, etc. I pick those items up and put them in my bins, either trash or recycle. Good guy I am, huh? But this showed up in front of my house:

So I won't touch this even with pliers, tongs, gloves, etc. I can put up with morons that throw normal trash, because they're, well, morons. Spent condoms is a whole different level. That "item" will wash into the street drain and eventually into the Pawtuxet River, and eventually into Narragansett Bay. Shame. There's a graveyard across the road and we see cars going in and out every night. In and out . So this "item" doesn't surprise me. But I won't be the custodian.

There is an overpopulation in some areas, and a notable lack in others, so many truck 5.3s are being airlifted into new homes.

So a couple days ago I posted a pic on here of a condom in the gutter in front of my house. This morning I found this on my front lawn. (I picked it up with pliers and put it in my recycle bin):

The product was not with the packaging. "Socialize with the Doc." Funny.

And oh, BTW, that condom that was in the gutter until yesterday? Now mysteriously gone. Maybe the perp needed to re-use it and retrieved it .

Great pic! The guys obviously looked better (more like) sixty years ago. But I also like the stance of the rod in the old days too.
