This was the start of the Veterans Day parade in Palm Springs, CA on Palm Canyon Drive: a flyover with a C-47/Dakota/DC-3 with invasion markings, and and a few P-51's.
(Annie and I are in town for a few weeks ... for the weather, the ambience, and the Keith McCormick Classic Car Auction. We arrived on Wednesday the 9th, and we're here through Nov 30. But we came in early specifically for the parade.
In wave at 6700 ft. Winds rip in from right side of the shot, hit the street of clouds and parts like over an aircraft wing. You "surf" the face of the cloud. Bloody cold though!

Awesome! Which Saratoga race track is that? One of the horse tracks, Albany Saratoga Speedway...? I don't recognize it from this perspective.
I thought Horsies, but looking at the shape and lack of grandstands, I assume it's a private training facility. A nice one over by Saratoga Lake, no lake in the photo.
Wind was blustery from the west, could be as far east as Bennington Vt.

Not sure. Often when the source is FB I get a line saying "Could be a picture of two people and some words" or similar, in my own posts or other people's. But I'm not getting anything in your recent posts, just a blank zero-lines post.
