Yes, I took the pictures at a show in South Lyon, Michigan. A friend of mine told me the owner/builder is a GM engineer , who works on their electric vehicle programs. The battery pack is from a Chevy Volt and is located between the frame rails and hidden under the wood floor. There is a manual transmission behind the electric motor that is locked in one gear. The stub of the shifter is hidden in an old lunch pail that's welded to the floor of the cab. The charging port is hidden under the original fuel filler cap.

That is amazing, and I love it. It's the kind of project I'd like to try if I had the skill.
