I guess I should put put some Reno shots up (certainly more to come, there are already a number in the Reno thread in the main forum):
This is a significant squadron livery I suspect some will know:
This is about the time our hero realizes he has won the race. The multicolor sail close to shore had tried a bold move to sneak behind a small island and shave some distance. I'm (red & white sail) further out and I know I won't have to tack again to reach the finish line. I can see he's going to run out of real estate and will have to tack out to clear the land between us and the finish.
We're about 1/4 mile from the finish here, the whole race was 3 1/2 miles. Pink & blue sail was 2nd, very experienced ocean sailor. Multicolor was first at the start, we were all pretty close for most of the race. 8 boats raced in all.
Fun side fact. That cool little cottage you see perched on the rock was once owned by an artist named Bob Montana. He created the "Archie" comic strip and drew it there sometimes. He lived in the nearby town of Meredith when not at his island hideaway.

Nice! I really do miss being near the water. I love Sunnies. I used to be able to capsize my Sunnie and right it without getting wet. Not as easy to right a Hobie. And of course for the last 25 years I haven't really had access to a boat at all (sad face).
This was almost identical to ours. Not my favorite sail pattern, but it was all my dad's favorite colors in one place:
