Oddly enough, this also just came up at Enablers Unanimous (or maybe not so oddly). Same gentleman, of course:
Also designed the classic Farmall tractors
The Air Force One livery
The two-tone green passenger livery for Northern Pacific
The passenger livery for Missouri Pacific
Coldspot refigerators and a E36 M3load of other appliances
And the Coke bottle as we know it, which has influenced a whole lot of other stuff.

I mean, if you bought one for me I wouldn't complain It's not as if I won't attempt dumb stickers and badges on it anyway. For instance
Hmmm... doesn't seem to fit
I'm a bit late to the game with this. Although he personally didn't actually design the car (which was the case with much of his legacy ... good self-promoter that he was), he employed a couple designers from the Art Center School (on Third Street in LA at the time), rented a house in Palm Springs for a studio (I've seen it), and they did the deed in about a month. Amazing story, great design. But it wasn't enough to save the company.
I stumbled across a car show this morning. And saw a Victress S1A. It was very nice looking. Well restored. Gold in color.
I also talked to a owner of kit car 356. White with red interior. It was also a well taken care of car. Similar to this.
There was a wide variety of vehicles there. From a 1930s Caddy schoolbus,3 side by sides, Harley's and trucks.
He was also responsible for the Scenicruiser. The best looking coach bus and revolutionary in getting larger buses accepted nationwide. Prior to this most states had a 35' limit.
