All right, which one of you Challenged this plane together??
Bombers and search planes have historically had clear noses for visibility. I believe this is an French Dassault Atlantique III ATL3 patrol aircraft. Less reason for big windows these days of electronics of course, but the old Mk1 Eyeball still has some use in search and patrol.
More well known nose glass nosed plane:

My question is why does the head on the plane have such a big window?
Because geese have bad eye sight.
Stanley 25ft. tape.
The Dirty Harry movies had some pretty good lines in them and Clint had a great delivery:
Harry Callahan: "May I comment something?"
Capt McKay: "What is it?"
Harry Callahan: "You mouthwash ain't makin' it."
Harry Callahan: "Personnel? That's for a**holes!"
Capt McKay: "I was in Personnel for ten years."
Harry Callahan: "Yeah."
Captain Briggs: "Don't you lecture me, you son of a b*tch! Do you know who I am? Do you know my record?"
Harry Callahan: "Yeah... you're a legend in your own mind."
In reply to aircooled :
Callahan: "Who ordered that?"
Bureaucrat Guy: "My superiors!"
Callahan: "That doesn't narrow the field much, does it?"

When a Florida man is asking how somebody accomplished an amazing but incredibly sketchy thing, you know it's good.
During the summer of 2019, the significant remains of Fw-190F-8, Wk Nr 581808, were discovered near Priozersk, Russian Karelia.

Engineer " Let's give the pilots these little windows and the gunner the great big one."
2nd Engineer " Won't he get shot first then?"
Engineer " Oh....."

I had a second cousin from the part of the family that stayed in Germany that flew a Fw 190A-8/R6, Werk # 172688 (lost 6/23/44)
There is one in here Florida that is being restored. I need to get a hold of the owner to see if I can get involved.
