I know a guy that flew under the Sunshine Skyway. The move isn't as impressive as the one in the photo, something like 160 ft between the water and bridge. Someone got his tail number and reported it. He had his license suspended for 6 months and had a really hard time getting insurance after that.
It's so tempting though...if I'm ever going to lose my medical for some reason I'm definitely doing it.

Oh, dear Bob, someone PLEASE tell me they didn't start with a real 300SL for that horror. Even if you have to lie to me.

Board ex-fighter pilot? !!
Our club had a pilot that was a cowboy. He once took off to the north as a glider was landing south, pulled a hard left and climbed straight up, did a 180' and flew over the top of the landing glider. The deal breaker was squeezing a plane between to others that were parked. He had 1.25" on one side and 2" on the other! None of the planes were his.
Problem is PR. Students and non-pilots see this behavior and think we're all reckless idiots. I totally agree with the penalty.
My coworker just removed the most FUBAR side detection modules I've ever seen from a 2016 Traverse. No trauma involved in splitting the case like that, just lots and lots of corrosion.
Sorry it's not horlinked, but I gotta share. Saw these in the back lot of the new Chevy stealership in town. No identifiers on the Chrysler, the Olds has a registration sticker but no plates.

What is it about European convertibles? Why can’t they ever get the top to go down all the way?
Perhaps it eliminates the need for a wind deflector behind/between the seats?
In reply to Duke :
To be fair the Panther 6 is 47 years old, and as they only built a few, I bet the top came from something else.
