I am going to go ahead and guess that picture is a bit deceptive as to what it actually depicts.  It looks like someone offroading a Veyron up a mountain, but I suspect its actually a Veyron that ran off a mountain (Alps?) road into loose rocks.   I suspect there is a road just to the left of the pic.
