I still want to stuff one of these in a notchback mustang and go run in the "all-motor" 4 cylinder class.
A Mercruiser 470 is a 4 cylinder marine engine normally used in a stern drive set-up. It is basically 1 bank of a Ford 460. A 3.7L beast. A lot of the swamp buggy guys use them around here, and pro engine builders get stupid power from them.

I would be concerned about the weight. I'll look around and see if I can find it.
