Gee, a 3.7L 4 banger. 1/2 of a Ford 460. IIRC, Chevy bellhousing pattern. Popular with the swamp buggy guys down here, cheap as dirt to find. How does weight compare to a Lima 2.3?

A Mercruiser 470 is a 4 cylinder marine engine normally used in a stern drive set-up. It is basically 1 bank of a Ford 460. A 3.7L beast. A lot of the swamp buggy guys use them around here, and pro engine builders get stupid power from them.

I would be concerned about the weight. I'll look around and see if I can find it.
