I did not realize that they were remaking Footloose. Great, now we can see the movie done again but with more safety written into the story. The part like the tractor/chicken race will be exchanged for something much safer and I expect they will be wearing helmets.
Again, we have to watch daning bring political and social justice - great.
If anyone could/should remake John Hughes my vote would go to Kevin Smith. He clearly has a profound respect for the originals.
