Hey, those are the same wheels as fitted to the oiginal 1980 Euro XR3. Howsimilar were the Euro and NA Escorts? I can see that the US ones were severly beaten with the ugly stick, but could you bolt on the Euro panels? Is the many bodyshell the same?
