Not sure if it's available in all states, but when you're shopping around, check with your homeowners insurance about bundling the cars with it. Might be cheaper that way, it was for us. We had two totaled cars at the beginning of the year and have a 17 year old male driver. After the totals, obviously, our rate went up, so my wife did some shopping and we ended up going with our homeowners insurance carrier and pay less than we did before the cars were totaled.
I've always heard that it's good to shop your insurance every couple of years. There's benefit in being a long time customer, but they can also slowly raise the rates over the years where you don't really notice a big hit. That advice would probably apply to any "service", internet, phone plans, etc.
