You know that AMCs were used because the guy that they brought in to do that spiral jump only used an AMC Hornet. They wanted him to do it in a Mercedes or something and he told them nope, I do it with a Hornet. So guess what, AMCs it was.

That slide whistle just ruins a great automotive stunt. Much more than the types of cars used in the movie does.

Breaking bad tickled me because of the hilariously over-the-top start to the product placement. Panning across the perfectly lot cars in the driveway was better than most official car ads. I read it as "I have to do this, so I'll make an inyoface joke of it."
