10v is a big spike/drop. That would quickly kill a CFL or a Regular incandescent. It is no wonder you go through lamps on a regular basis.

Same here, unincorporated county. Cowlitz Pud lists .066 plus 7 bucks on their site as the going rate. Maybe you get a credit for something I can't think of. Jcamper

Nope, just an old statement! Apparently that's what we paid before the latest fee increase this year. 
My Nov 12 bill just came in and it's the same as yours, the one I looked at was a Jan 12 bill still on my desk (that's what I get for being lazy). So yeah, $0.066 makes CFL's even better, dammit.
BTW, did you love the politicking in the newsletter in this month's bill?
