To never require sleep. While I am at it, the ability to double the amount of time I have in any day at will.

Time travel as well here.

Would be fascinating to go back and experience history and see people I've lost too.

Forward in time would be just as fascinating

Flying for sure. It would be the most fun.

Perfect and complete communication. It would have to be via some brain connection. Not so much reading someones thoughts but just perfect, 2 way communication. And done as fast as just thinking.

Command/mind control, like Preacher, Killgrave, and Leluche.  If that is too OP, I'll settle for teleportation. 

If we're having delusions of grandeur, why not go for omnipotence?

My father was a centaur, my mother was a mermaid.

I got the human parts of both.

I'd just settle for having an arthritis free body with no joint pain or soft tissue  deterioration. 

 I could go from there.

If I get to have a super power, why would I want anything less than Clark Kent's alter ego?

there seems to be little enough kryptonite around that I don't need to worry.    I've read enough fiction to know that most super powers end badly for the wielder.  Might as well have enough power to make a real difference.

super strength/invulnerability I think. Then Flying isn't important because you can just jump out of a plane no big deal

Not show someone my point of view, but make them share my point of view. 

I've thought about this as well. I think the better choice with this is to make it so you would have true clarity when it comes to any sort of debate, and be able to have others see the same, to see which side is truly "right". I don't want to force people to see if my way, if they are in fact correct.

The way the Flash is written (comics and TV) apparently it also includes super healing, being able to pass through solid objects, generating lightning, and time travel.

oh, and being able to make tornadoes by waving your arms around.

UGH i cannot remember its name.  But it was about a guy who was an instant expert in anything he tried to do, and he was moving around from city to city hiding from some agency that was trying to recapture him.

i only remember the episode where it was around Christmas time and he was making fruitcakes and giving them to people, and everyone reacted with surprise that the fruitcakes were GOOD.
