Not mine, kinda wish it were.

http://detroit.craigslist.org/okl/cto/3355814353.html First generation historic Citroen DS19 sedan built 1959, ser. no. 55015. Partially restored, driveable car - must sell due to eventual move and lack of space. I have owned it since 1971 and taken it with me during several moves, but no space at next place. This is the car, with the first generation Star Wars-like dashboard and shape and capabilities never seen before, which astonished the world when intruduced at the Paris show Oct. 1955. At the end of the day, Citroen had taken 10,000 orders for the car. At the end of the show, they had 80,000 orders! This car with ser. no. 55015 must have been ordered during the show, but not built until 1959 as capacity couldn't match demand for years. No car other than the first ever, and maybe the Model T Ford has ever introduced as much new thinking and performance and technology in one vehicle as the Citroen DS19. Central hydraulic system powering the rack & pinion power steering, power inboard front disc brakes with individual cooling ducts, front wheel drive, self-load leveling hydropneumatic suspension with variable ground clearance and built-in jacking, single bolt wheels, built around Michelin steel belted radials from the ground up, true mid-engine design with 4 speed semi-automatic transaxle ahead of the engine. True hemi aluminum crossflow head on wet sleeve block, aerodynamics better than a Porsche 911, cruise all day at 75-90 mph on only 75 hp with dual throat Weber carburetor and give 25 mpg. Full bellypan for best airflow, huge trunk, spare wheel behind bumper under hood providing tremendous energy absorption in frontal impact, safety singlespoke steering wheel, all suspension arms mounted in not cheap rubber bushings, but TAPERED ROLLERBEARINGS - NO OTHER CAR HAS THAT, AND THEY NEVER WEAR OUT. I have overhauled and restored the hydraulics and all components, regassed the nitrogen gas suspension springs and brake and pressure regulator pressure spheres. The odo shows 44080 miles and I believe that to be original miles. Car has rust damage the monocoque chassis structure which needs repairing but is easily done with all flat sheetmetal and a bending brake and cheap mig welder - car is still completely straight - all doors shut as new. Fenders need rust repair along with some simple straight plate patching of a couple of door seams - bottoms are ok. Trunk floor and bellypan at rear need some repair, along with leftside chassis beam outer wall and possibly part of inner wall. Car can be inspected by appointment. Car comes with best factory manual ever made available for any car - in English. Some spare parts will come with. Parts easily available from several suppliers across US and info via large internet community of knowledgeable enthusiasts. More pics available and phone no. by email. Most comfortable suspension ever devised, best interior ergonomics & visibility & still turns heads whereever one of these cars goes - No trades, no scammers, no idiots tolerated - Email questions. $4000.00 OBO.

oh
my
god

That is waaay too close for comfort. I've always lusted after a ds or sm. It's freaking ugly but technologically amazing.
I need an old citroen like I need a hole in the head. Then again, a hole in my head could be useful. I could store pencils in it.

Absolutely. Heck, it doesn't matter if I drag or drive it home, it'll be my new conjugal partner.

I'm sure glad it's a lo-o-ong ways away from me. Always thought the DS was one of those so ugly it's cute with all the technological advances included. Which makes me want one. As I said, good thing it's a long way away from me and I don't have the room.
