Epic comes to mind. Not mine, no connection.
Thats a kit, albeit highly customized (horribly of course), that converts a caprice into a truck-ish.
How its related to a Corvette in anyway, is likely like the folks that say their Camaro has a Corvette motor in it.
Yeah, unless its an LSx or the original ZR-1 motor, its not that special compared to what you can put together in the aftermarket.
Yep, as turboswede said it's a kit that installs on a box Caprice. I sold my T-Bucket a while back and the new owner showed up in one of these. I could hardly contain my laughter and I was embarrassed to have it in my front yard. The owner thought it was the coolest thing since sliced bread

cut the price by about 3/4, and i'd totally drive that thing... but only after putting all the HD cop car suspension goodies under it with Impala SS lowering springs and some flavor of mildly built LS engine under the hood..
That's not a corvette at all, it's a rebodied Caprice. I talked to an owner of one of the last year in W. Va.
well...now that I typed that last sentence, it all make sense.

You make it too easy.
Well this one pic shows a polished late '70's Vette wheel:
So I guess that makes it a Corvette.
All the other photos have chromed plastic wheel covers and skinny white wall tires which really complement the aesthetics of the vehicle.
