I need some custom cut plexi glass circles in various odd sizes like 37.4mm diameter 1/8" thick. Does anyone know a place that I can order those? I am having no luck finding it.

Sounds like you need precision.

Machinist? (They are perfectly capable of working plastic)

In reply to SVreX:

Yeah there is a local place that does small jobs that I will talk to if I can't find anyone online to order from. I found a place on eBay UK but they won't ship to the US.

Yep, any competent machinist with a lathe should be able to do those. If you don't want holes in the middle they would have to start with rod stock.

Look in your local yellow pages under "plastics". My local shop can do CNC cutting, I've never asked exactly what level of precision.

Anyone with a laser cutter can do that no problem. Local university might have one or look up and see if there are any community Fab Labs near you. We have one and its $1/5min, you supply the material. I would be able to do it tomorrow if I wasn't in Europe. If you really can't find anyone, I can maybe put you in contact with my friend who runs my old universities laser cutter/3d printer setup.

A machine shop could do it but that is way more expensive than it needs to be

Haha. That is exactly who I was planning on contacting.

Laser cutting will definitely be much cheaper than machining. The only reasons to go with machining in my opinion is if you need polycarbonate (it is stronger but releases toxic fumes when laser cut) OR if you need tolerances better than about .010" (.25mm).

As long as you are going with regular acrylic with "normal" tolerances, I would either cut it myself at a local place or order it online from https://www.pololu.com They are really cheap and I've had good experiences with them over the last couple of years.

PS note that 1/8" acrylic sheet isn't going to be exactly 1/8" thick always so check into that if you need precision there...

Thickness isn't overly critical. +/- .010 may be doable on the diameter. I am oversize it a little and sand it down to fit.
