Moog doesn't make everything that's in a Moog box. Like their hub assemblies. Those are what is made by Iljin (that's all Iljin makes for Moog). I'm not saying anything about Moog's ball joint quality. Just that Moog's hub assemblies are made by a very high-quality manufacturer.

I tried to buy from a dealer online, but I really couldn't find a good one or an Indy shop. I'm spoiled with the German cars between Pelican, FCP Euro, and ECS Tuning. I wish there were options like that for the domestic stuff (and Mazda too).
I ended up doing this twice for my Volt. First I bought the aftermarket hub that was mediocre and then went back and bought a factory GM part for the same price that is much better quality. No more hum!

Local dealer wanted over $500 for a part and two sensors. Other online Mopar dealers were selling for a bit less, eBay came in at $200 less for the same Mopar stuff.

if i can plan the job or tolerate some down time, dealers who sell online are my go-to. if i have to have it today, i go with the "most precious metal" variety at the FLAPS, ie Platinum vs Silver. the exception to this is on the 2018 Escape, where i've found the few parts I've needed so far to be cheap enough at one of my local Ford dealers.
For all the badmouthing they get on here, Rockauto is still my go-to for non-German stuff. I have a window regulator for the E39 coming, ordered yesterday, shipped yesterday, delivery scheduled for today. FCPEuro was my first stop, but they have NO front driver side regulators in stock.
The only thing I'm buying at the FLAPS is fluids. I can buy their Chinese junk at a better price online.
Don't rule out ebay. I once found Genuine Mopar bolts for the Dodge truck there, at a very attractive price compared to the dealer.
Edit: Wah! Tracking shows that FedEx has it, but it's still in Hagerstown. Delivery delayed until tomorrow! I guess that's on FedEx, though.
German stuff I look at FCP Euro and RM European. Between the two they usually have what I need, but I like to get the wear item stuff from FCP because of their warranty. For my Toyota I order from the online Toyota dealers, OEM parts, at costs sometimes less than half of what my local dealer charges.

When I care about the parts I've been using FCP Euro as well, but I've bought a significant number of E46 parts on Amazon. Everything from little dash retainer clips to the full front suspension rebuild kit. I need to give RockAuto another chance.
FLAPs are for fluids at this point for me too. Heck, I haven't bought a battery from anywhere other than Sam's Club in over a decade.
I still haven't forgiven the amazon order puller for sending me the correct brand headlight bulb but wrong socket number twice. I was trying to save time by not going to the store. Instead I went to an auto parts store and returned items to UPS store twice.
