These are located in Disney World at a restaurant called The Boat House. I dread another boat project, but some of these are pretty cool!

Also, if you go to Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney), they have a collection of Amphicars that you can go for a ride in. No, they won't let you drive them.
Ill have to go check that out. I drive past there almost daily.
