Now that (Stealing my Sunshine) is stuck in my head. From the "American Pie" Minor Rant thread.
Please supply me with a new Ear-Worm, I can only take so much sunshine.

My life is a CONSTANT earworm. I wake up with them. I go to sleep with them. It's never what you think.
Right now it's We Got The Moves - Electric Callboy mixed with the Get low (extended)- as remixed by Designer Disguise. It'll probably be LADYBABY in the next 20 min or so- I can feel that creepin' in.
I have kids 3&5, virtually all music from childrens programs is purposely DESIGNED to get stuck in your head. You dont want me providing examples.

Me too, and that post got me as well.
At this point I'll admit two things.
a) I had no idea what that song was until I listened to it, and
b) I'd really rather it in my head than American pie.
In reply to John Welsh :
The best thing about this song is that it was written for an Italian soft core movie.
My cure for an ear worm is "Jocko Homo" by Devo.
The odd 7/8 time signature is so off kilter it can disrupt those simple, repeating melodys that get stuck in your head.

Every time I'm at my buddies cottage helping him that song comes on the local station. It sure is sticky, I have it for days.
If I want to get PW this one does it every time.
In reply to Nicole Suddard :
You really should branch out- Punk Rock 101, Getting Old Sucks, Ohio (Come Back to Texas), High School Never Ends...
I mean, they've got a ton of stuff that is perfectly ok to have stuck in your head.

Oh, I'm fully aware of their catalog. Particularly fond of Come Back to Texas.
This song in particular is resonating in our brains because of the opening line "Debbie just hit the wall". Event prep is hard, and as each of us hit our own personal walls last week, we would start singing the song out loud and others would join in, and by the end of the $2000 Challenge it was VERY firmly lodged in our skulls.
