Probably. Were they'd to be raped, murdered, re-raped in the confines of their compartment or dragged unwilling from said compartment they'd be covered and their survivors would be entitled to extra line of duty money. If they choose to leave the compartment they play a role in their fate and a case can be made to assign them part of the blame. 
 

Maybe MTA is cleaner than the CTA, and maybe with the frequent cleanings with COVID its different... But a bus is not the place I want to be nekked.
