Dodge Avenger from "Liar Liar"
Dodge Rectrans from 1973 James Caan movie "Slither"

Yeah, I was thinking about those films earlier. They never made one for the M3, alas, so I can't claim it.
I also own an FD -- seems like the answer would be too obvious for that one, right? I can't say I was ever a huge fan of either F&F or Initial D though.
I hope I'm not ruining the movie - Fast/Furious X I watched on a SWA flight last month; the car flips over in a race.
My first thought; I could probably use that rear end.

A friend used to run a red 944 in my time trial series, I would always put "Sixteeen Candles Edition" in the entry list.
Most memorable role to a Miata (other than in Racing The Rock, of course), is in Go where it was used to kill a main character and transport her body. Sorta.
Severely disappointed in your pick for most famous movie Miata.
In reply to Javelin :
But were Mia and Tia actually driven?
The numbers on the headlights always cracked me up. That bit was definitely for the adults.
The only movie scene I can think of with a 2.0L Toyobaru in it is F&F8:
For the Suzuki Samurai, if documentaries count I'd choose Gonzalo Bravo's World Record Altitude by Car:
Otherwise, Bourne Supremacy (a LWB rebrand, but still):
I don't think I've ever seen an AE92 in a movie other than as a background car, the most prominent I've ever seen might be the sedan version in Childish Gambino's "This is America" video. But if I can go back a few years, then I can take my pick of Initial D scenes
Since there aren't many Frisbee twins in movies, it might be better to pick from the plethora of options for my old AE86.
Off Track, the Hong Kong crime/action/racing movie?
Buffalo '66 with the SR5 coupe?
Initial D anime?
Initial D live action?
Bridesmaids?
11:14? (Which also has a sweet ultra-rare 80's Mitsubishi cabover van)
The opening sequence for Off Track is hilarious/awesome, because the footage is sped up. The visuals are funny, and the 4A-G slightly sped up sounds awesome, like it is revving up to 12,000 rpm really fast.
