Needs Moar F650
I've been to the mining show in Las Vegas and have sat in those big trucks. Anything vehicle that arrives on a series of railroad cars is cool!
I've done a lot of machining for Caterpillar, even the hinge pins for the bucket and hydraulic rams on their big mining dump truck.
That "Freightliner" looks to just be a rebadged international.
But, as much of a Ford guy as I am, I'll go with the Topkick for one reason:
Having a 24' robot around is WAY handier than just a huge pickup!
I've been in Euclids (my Dad worked in a mining company), but it's funny: I'm the other way round on this.
I hate myself for my irrational fondness for these ridiculous Tonka toys. I'm constantly frustrated with the unwieldiness of my F250 extended cab 4x4, and am looking forward enthusiastically to swapping it for a van.
But still...
Being the current owner of a pickup that returns 9 mpg, I can only shudder at the thought of how some of these monsters must guzzle gas, or diesel as the case may be.

Like put an animal out of it's misery sort of killing or "hack thru a parking lot full of infants holding kittens with machete" kill?
Aw c'mon, if you guys can eat cheese and bacon, I can like big, bloated, redundant, ridiculous and utterly fantastic pickup trucks!
Leslie, where were you 20 years ago when I was looking for a commitment? But I did find one pretty close, with her own set of benefits. Yeah, I know. 20 years ago you were extremely illegal.
Hardly, I'm ooooold! Twenty years ago I was working nights at the paper, drinking lots of beer and driving an 86 Nissan Micra. Pretty compelling package, no?
I'd drive it. Not often or far, because feeding it would be painful. Sure would make a nice tow beast. Not sure where I'd park it though. It would take up the entire driveway.
20 years ago I was... E36 M3, I wasn't worth anybody's time.
And I was looking for... E36 M3, I wouldn't have noticed you.
Sometimes it's nice getting older.

These are great for long distance towing.
We have the same unit in white, 2wd, for hauling our enclosed car trailer.
It turns a long , awful haul into a reasonably comfortable drive.
Leslie: If you get that truck, the only accessory it needs is a single, solitary baby shoe hanging from the front bumper.

one of my friends posted this thing on his facebook page the other day.. i don't know if he took the pic, but it is more glorious because it's a doolie and appears to be an actual long box....
