Hm. Hadn't thought of the ramifications of doing this to a Japanese car. Apparently, it may end up being a schoolgirl theme. I'd do it to the Mini and claim I was being "fun", but I mention plaid and that car and the wife gives me looks that would cut glass.
I bought a roll of brown pleather to cover the seats of my old truck, found it in a fabric store.
+1 on the fabric store. I've found what I needed there including marine vinyl.

I do, but hell if I know what it is. I know where I can get the tartan for my interior, but I want contact vinyl for some...... exterior. I'd have to trace my family geneology back to the Scottish side.... which is going to be woefully painful due to the fact that I'm adopted.
