Crazy. A bathroom is a bit too close of quarters for an AR15.

Not sure most home invaders will wait while you unwrap your AR.
I thought the standard for a bathroom gun was a handgun vacuum sealed with a cutting implement attached and all dropped in the toilet tank?
I've wanted a stainless revolver in 45 colt anyway, and I never go anywhere without a gun. With the noise and vulnerability of being in the shower I put my polymer wonder 9 on the toilet tank next to the shower door but worry about the corrosion resistance of the inside of the barrel. The Redhawk I believe is capable of shooting .45 acp, 45 colt, and 454 Casul, available in stainless and is sexy as Hell.
That's not weird right?

That's why you keep one in the chamber. Pull the trigger and it'll unwrap itself.

As they say in SoCal:

Underwater the pressure is high on both sides of the barrel, and the whole length of the barrel of full instead of just the end?
That is logical, but the issue isn't the static pressures, its the fact that the medium has to get out of the way. Water doesn't move like air. In regular firing, there is significant pressure inside the barrel as the air tries to get out of the way, but since air is compressible it isn't enough to overcome the integrity of the barrel.. In a fluid like water, I would think it has a much higher pressure differential. Maybe not enough to be dangerous, though.

I always figured the bathroom was my safe space and home invaders would wait till I finished for the confrontation. Much like the “monster proof blanket” when you were a child.

Do your neighborhood have a B&E problem?

Not since I started open carrying while I cut grass.
Just kidding. Yes we've been broken into, and my dog hasn't been the same since. Thank God my wife and son weren't home. Call me paranoid but after being held up at gunpoint once, having my "castle" violated, and the news reporting daytime house robberies where they kick the door in to known occupied houses, I'm not taking any chances. Also, I LIKE guns, it's a very interesting world of gun actions to me and they are a fascinating man made mechanism, much like cars and motorcycles. I clean guns for friends just to see and learn the both minute and huge differences between say a black powder single action revolver and a semi auto AR 15. I love to shoot, I do so in competition, share my love of shooting and hunting with my 12 year old son, and carry daily so I can protect him and his mother if the need ever arises
