Diner with big pancakes. 18 inch pancakes. Eat four of them, and the meals on the house

I don't think anyone could eat 4 of those carb cakes.

If you put enough bacon with it, it might be doable.

I love pan cakes.. whole wheat(maybe buckwheat) and thick.. not that fluffy like bull E36 M3 that is just a syrup delivery device.

I could eat it. Ask anyone at the Big Texan in Amarillo! I'd have to have at least a case of beer to do it, though. What is the time limit, again?

You underestimate us. I bet there are a frightening number of us that would try a fifth.

I'm more of a waffle guy, myself. The crispy nooks have plenty of space to fit butter... and a few squares for syrup. Waffles > Pancakes, savory > sweet. Whoa I just remembered that I have a wafflemaker.

And as much as I hate Rachel Ray, this is a really good waffle recipe. It comes out light and airy on the inside, and nice and crispy on the outside. Maybe it's because it's a recipe she stole from someone else.

Someone made me these waffles last weekend and they were great. Never thought of a whole wheat waffle before but they were really good.

Thanks for the link, I just happened to buy some whole wheat flour a few days ago.
