If you think this place is bad, try the H.A.M.B., and they don't even have an off topic section. They agrue much worse than this over car stuff.
I was browsing through the hybridz forums and its to hard to find useful information because of the RB vs SR arguments and the floating debris. Scorch the earth every once in a while.

I stopped hanging out there because a) the volume of messages is hard to keep up with, and b) they seem quick to jump down your throat if you're not following their One True Way of building a car.

I am wondering also. I am involved in another forum that is heavily populated by old retired white guys. The political threads became an angry old guy insult fest (get off my lawn), it was pretty sad. I did my best to get rid of them, which eventually happened (not taking credit for it though).
The political threads here are far better. They might get contentious, but at least they generally involve a decent level of intelligence / knowledge / thought.

I take it from the post that I'm being called a troll. I'm not sure what a troll is. Guessing, purely based on the context is it someone who posts things of a political nature? Or is it someone who makes disagreeable personal statements? I do hope I'm not be accused of the later.

Finally to the person who commented about my experiance, I've been involved in sports car racing for 50 years so yes I have done and seen a lot.. Regarding my home. I have more than 30,000 hours invested in building it with my own 2 hands and have no interest in selling it.. (most homes take less than 3000 hours to build) Someone on this site has verified both my home and experiance
