Venison tenderloin. Found it, shot it, processed it, cooked it. Veggies was a caesar salad, yes its wrapped in thick cut bacon

Didnt get chance to snap pic of the sides but. Potatoe salad, bacon ranch potatoe salad, fresh green beans, green bean casserole, corn, homemade pinto beans, pea salad. Oh and there was also some grilled pork
Prime rib burger, sauteed mushrooms and onions, center cut bacon, smothered in fontina/white cheddar/gruyere cheese sauce, brioche bun, olive oil/salt/rosemary waffle fries.
lobster gumbo biscuits and gravy.
I can get whole lobsters, cooked- for less than a taco bell run. Swmbo gets a 10% on top of that. So.....3 lobsters was 13.50. Made a basic dark roux, went in with the holy trinity, cooked it down, added seafood stock (we bouji here) and andouille. After throwing in like half of the spice cabinet (salt, pepper, paprika, onion and garlic powder, cayenne, oregano, thyme) cooked it down til it was gravy thick. Grabbed leftover 4 cheese biscuits from a couple nights ago, reheat. Throw lobster in sauce to warm, pour over biscuits- get fat kid on. Wash down with publix raspberry sweet tea.
Chicken and a brisket over apple wood.
Chicken went 3 hours and was lunch. The brisket went a bit over 11 hours then wrapped and put in a cooler to let it cool slowly. With a bit of my home made bourbon and brown sugar BBQ sauce, pretty darn tasty!
Fried some diced potato in sesame seed oil, because it was there and why not.
Apparently, sesame seed oil goes rancid after a while.
This is the "porn" that you look at and shudder and think WTF, who the heck likes THAT???
(the potatoes were gross but i still ate them, because throwing food away is just wrong. It is amazing what lots of pepper and sweet soy sauce can do to mask grossness)
Mexican Spiced Salmon with Lime Crema, sauteed green beans with pickled sweet peppers, and mexican street corn. Oh, and a beer in a GRM coozie, of course.
One peach pie for a buddy who left work early to help me unload an LS from the back of a minivan.
One apple for the family.

Those look delicious. I have not mastered thick cuts like that on a grill.
Breakfast sunday was fresh heirloom tomatoes from the garden, bacon, and eggs with hollandaise.
Dang y'all, broke a front toof this past Sunday morning......just got home from the dentist with a partial bridge and I can't wait..........(one can only eat so much chicken broth infused yadayada)

Yes sir. Sams club, of all places, has them at a decent price pretty regularly. I like being able to feed the whole family with one steak.
84FSP, low and slow is the way to go. And a digital, leave in style, meat thermometer certainly helps. I like indirect heat to about 110F then a blazing hot sear.
I'm going to post some vegetarian E36 M3 up in this thread just to counter the recent trend, and i'm not even a vegetarian.

It's been hatch pepper season the past 3 weeks, I've been practically living on chilis and onion, occasionally with a selection of cheese. Sadly the season is about over, but bring it.
I nearly always forget to get photos of stuff I make. I did remember to get photos of my last batch of pizza's however.
Mozzarella + cheese, home made pizza sauce
Seasoned Chicken, avocado, bacon, mushroom and cheese, herb and garlic sour cream sauce.
Ham, mushroom, cherry tomatoes, olives, anchovies and cheese, HM pizza sauce.
Cheese and pepperoni, HM sauce ... Say no more.
Kinda-sorta chicken al pastor tacos. Grilled chicken thighs with grilled pineapple and homemade guac. Did the grilling and prep last night so I could quick fix them after mountain biking.
