Mine; completely affiliated.  I was not sure where to put this as there does not seem to be a place to post general for sale / free.

This plotter ran when parked  It uses 36-inch wide roll stock.  The reason I am getting rid of it is that at the time we upgraded our office computers to Windows 10 there were no drivers for it.  I think you need Windows 7 or earlier for it to work.  Another con is that some of the parts were getting extremely hard to get

  • Ran when Parked
  • This has been siding for about 5 years.
  • It has the factory HP NIC card installed.
  • I purchased this in either 1998 or 1999 new and had yearly preventive service.

It was a good machine.  Again I retired it because of the driver issue, not because of a mechanical issue.

If anyone wants it it is free for the taking.  I can not transport it.  The plotter can be separated from the stand relatively easily for transport.

It is stored at my office in Weston MA.  I don't want to be bothered with CL or FB.  I will most likely junk it if no one takes it.  It is taking up space in an area that we are renovating from a storage area to usable office space.

A quick google looks like the issue may be solved using the HP universal print driver (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04697923#AbT0) but when I go look at the HP drivers section this is not listed as a driver for it.  I am not going to mess with it to find out.  At this point, I don't have a Windows 7 PC or laptop to test it. (another reason why it is free)

If anyone is interested in it PM me through the board

If we could get a GRM express going I'd love to have it, you are way to far for me even at the price though.

I've got the full service manual for anyone wanting it.  These are great machines.  The ink is aqueous and prints will need lamination before long outdoor exposure, but from line drawings to decent art prints, this is a versatile printer.
