Mom is getting rid of a lot of Dad's stuff. The snowblower is one of them. To gnarly for her to use. Toro with a Tecumseh engine. Last ran in winter if 2017-18 so it might need a carb cleaning. Pull start with an electric start option. We also found the paperwork for it, as well.

Best part, it's free. Yes. Mom just wants it to go to someone that can put it to good use. Located in Marengo, Illinois. I can help load it up, but we have no way to deliver. Let me know.
Didn't put it in the classifieds, because it's not a vehicle, and it's not parts. Mods, if necessary, move to where appropriate.

I know nothing about snow blowers being a Georgia native, but that is the EXACT kind of beast I'd want if I were to live up north. Looks like a tank!
Those are good machines. That looks like a good one. If I was closer I'd pick it up.
I'm sure that myself or my brother in law can put that to good use. Let me contact him to see if he can pick it up soon. Otherwise I'm pretty booked until after the challenge.
In reply to Robbie (Forum Supporter) :
That's only a week or so. She's not going to junk it on us. I'll let you call dibs if you or bro are serious.

Sounds good. I am communicating now. Will let you know ASAP.
I paid $75 for one. Could've done my drive in 30 minutes with a shovel or 15 with this plus an extra 30 minutes of carb fiddling.
If Robbie and his brother pass, I'll throw my name in the ring. I've got a small single stage already, and a 2 stage coming to me from my dad, but that one is 4 hours away. Marengo is only an hour.
Having this thread right next to the Learn me Florida thread made me pause a sec.
Yea, a snowblower in Florida should be free.
I know squat about snowblowers, but that thing looks like a tank. When made? 1970's?
Wow, what a small world! I live 15 minutes south of Marengo.
If for some reason all the previous claimers pass, I'll take it off your hands.
Snow? Never met him.
That looks very similar to my grandmas 7hp tiller. Beast of a machine. First time i tried to use it, the tines grabbed hard and lifted the machine up in a death wheelie and pulled me along about 40' or so until I could get my feet and regain control. Does the job though. And then some.
