Back in the 60s, we parked a mini in the store where I worked for a couple of weeks to attract attention.
It didn't make a lot of sense, it was a drugstore.

It's a panel van. There's like five days a year where a vehicle with that much interior space to heat (with the anemic BMC heater) and/or cool (with only half a window opening) is comfortable to drive. At least it's on display and not locked away in a garage..
Never realized how good an old-school Mini looks with a roof carrier like that.
Somewhat related to the thread: A new location for a local coffee chain opened up downtown. It's not my picture, but there's the front end of a Mahindra Roxor inside.
years ago there was a clothing chain store that had old 50s-60s pickups in the stores , it might have been Millers Outpost....
the trucks had the motor / trans pulled and fluids removed ,
There was a mad rush when that company changed plans and started selling off the trucks ,
I forget what forum it was on , but people were letting others know which stores still had pick-ups in "stock"
