That it is.

Then DP put out a one day offer that just happened to fall on a Sunday when no one would be around to catch it if it fell, and it did. The media made a lot of mileage with it so DP extended the offer one day.

It's still not easy to get thru, you have to wait 4-6 weeks for your coupon, and you have a limited time to use your coupon, but at least they did step up to the plate.
