I was thinking about making a derby car in it. One of the gravity racer types. Not sure if there are any hills big enough to make it a race at the challenge?
If I can get enough of them, I'm making a replacement undertray for the Miata. Or maybe box flares for the P71. Or flares for the miata come to think of it. Undertray thing has priority though.
I had some unrelated coroplast that I've been using to template some engine mounts before cutting them with steel
So, do you guys just go running around grabbing signs out of people's yards or what? What is the proper way to acquire the coroplast?

I'll hit the business route and pluck them from light industrial and union places after closing time.
I go to the busy intersections with the largest signs and start taking them down after the poles have closed. No one looks at you twice and you get the big ones you can do more with.

This my plan- pick up any that I see in intersections on my way home when the polls are closing.
As for what to do with it, I rather like the templating idea- I'm going to have to do that to make an adapter for the 3800 to the DMC's bellhousing.
Just a few things I've used Coroplast for-
Sure, alumaplast is better, but it's not free either!
Hm, box fender flares for the Abarth?
Quick reminder that if you bond two layers of coroplast with super glue (which bonds VERY strongly to it) with the corrugations at 90 degress apart, the resulting sheet will be massively stronger. Useful for all kinds of things.
Edit: Also a convenient way to cover up the politicians' faces and reduce the need for paint. Force Trump and Hillary to make out forever

On that note, I just posted a listing on CL for yard signs tomorrow.
The EcoModder guys use it for grille blocks, airdams, underbody trays, diffusers, etc. It might work for a sealed airbox too.
FYI, if you need really large sheets and can't find any patriotic ones, 4ft x 8 ft sheets are usually around $20/each online.

Rigid kites. That way they can sustain gale force winds, as long as you use really strong string/rope/cable.
