The playoff scenario this year is already eliminating any teams I would normally want to win games. Blah.
Oh, and to the Steelers offense: that was a fumble. I've seen high school teams pick up on stuff like that quicker than your team did.

Right on bro! Two of the best QBs this season, Rodgers and Brady.
Atlanta played about eight minutes of really good football. I was settling in for a a fine game, then Rogers bent them over a chair and had his way with them. A Rogers/Brady Superbowl would be pretty spectacular.
I can't imagine the Jets beating the Pats. The only team that really matched up well against New England was Baltimore, and they lost the punching contest to the Steelers, who probably do not have the goods for NE.
And while I know it will make Joe cry, I'd love to see the Seahawks hosting the NFC title game. Hopefully that would silence all the "change the playoffs" rhetoric. Probably be the best tv ratings for a six-seed vs. an under .500 division champ ever.

It all depends on what Bears team decides to show up. There are four big factors, and they need at least three working in sync: If the defense plays like they are the best defense in the league (like they did against the Pack in week 17), the offense has to simply not suck, Cutler can't throw interceptions, and Hester does something magical. If they don't get at least 3 of those 4, the Seahawks will have a really good chance.
Oh my, I think we know what team showed up today, 21-0 so far.
Next weeks Packers/Bears game just may rival the Super Bowl as the biggest game of the year.
I can't wait for it.
not sure if it's "which Bear's team showed up" as it is.... there's a reason the Seahawks were 7 & 9 (but I would love to see them in the NFC championship game)

Yep, it should be fun. Most of my family are Bears fans, the girlfriend is a Packers fan, and I just enjoy a good football game.

...and that's why they play the game. Wow.

Maybe if there was pro football in Florida you guys would understand it better.

Delicious, delicious crow. Although I can't really say I was rooting one way or another, I did not think that much was going to stand between Brady and ring #4. Sanchez looked more Brady-like than Brady for most of that game, however. It'll be interesting to see if Pittsburgh has anything left after that bar fight with the Ravens, though. The Steelers looked like they left it all on the field Saturday. The Jets looked like they were just getting started.
And Chicago has got to be nervous about the Packers. Both the #6 seeds seem to be the best teams in each division right now, and they seem to be peaking at the right time. Will we have a #6 vs. #6 final. Has that ever happened before?

Also, if the Jets win the Superbowl, I hope Rex Ryan strikes a blow for acceptance of superfreaks everywhere when they stick the camera in his face at the end of the game and he says "I'm gonna go home and celebrate by rubbing my junk all over my wife's feet."
Party on, Double R.

Yep. Although the Steelers tend to play the same kind of 'scrappy' football the Jets do. Plus, they have a better defensive group than the Pats.
Bears-Pack... anybody's guess...

Sorry to hear about your bad luck.
GO STEELERS!!!
The Mighty Chicago Bears have been overlooked all season long. All the pundits jump on whatever offensive is playing best and ignore the fact that in the playoffs-- defense+ great special teams play= victory (well, all the pundits except for Ditka!)
The Bears were built to beat the pack. Heck, they almost sent the cheesetards home for good in a game the Bears had nothing to gain by winning, and the pack had everything to lose. We'll see who plays harder when everything is on the line.
I'm still amazed that the Pats fell on their faces. Their pretty, pretty, well manicured faces!
I really think the Bears Packers game will depend on how windy Soldier Field is. The Bears running game is a lot better then the Packers. Also if Culter and the O-line play like they did against the Seahawks, I think they will have a good chance. Go Bears!!!!! I want the Steelers vs the Bears. A good ol' defensive fight for the Super Bowl.

Um, any update on the game? How did it go for the Ravens?

I heard Ray Lewis stabbed someone and was asked to leave.

No, no, you've got it all wrong........Ray held someone down while his buddy did the stabbing. He then lied to the cops about it. See.....he's innocent! Poor Ray, he's so misunderstood.
kinda like Roethlisberger's problems with holding teenage girls on the ground against their will. Good thing Ben's friends were just guarding the door. He's just misunderstood too.

If this was for sure gonna happen if the Jets won the Super Bowl, I would be rooting for the Jets.

If the Bears really thought they had a chance wouldn't we be getting treated to an updated Super Bowl Shuffle
