That bacon turkey contraption looks amazing!

It's was delicious! Surprisingly simple too. Make some sage butter (diced up fresh sage mixed with unsalted butter. Once mixed, roll up into a log and put into the fridge to harden up), cut said sage butter into thin slices and place under the skin of the turkey. Once loaded with butter, add a couple slices on top of the skin. Apply the bacon weave. Then cut an onion into 1/4s and a few garlic cloves and put inside the turkey. Place in cooking bag and toss it into the oven and cook as you would any other turkey.
I've ate enough of it to hate myself every day since Thursday.
