Sorry, I know, only one post per day, but I feel compelled to add this. Jason and the girls were so happy with this exhibit, Jay had to take our pic with our creation.

Work is right next to the Wind Farm in Atlantic City. Just a spot of water and marshes between us and them.
This is not a particularly artistic photo, unless you consider the subject matter. This is my friend Howie's garage. He just acquired the maroon GT6 Mk3 in the background today. He bought my red '68 Spitfire Mk3 in the foreground last Spring. The yellow TR6 and blue Spit are earlier acquisitions. This is a great Vintage Triumph collection! And in my opinion these cars are all works of art.
The original image is about 290mp so I'm not sure how well it'll come across here, but a family portrait I'm working on for some friends, taken in the Blue Ridge Mountains this past weekend.
Mario Andretti was inducted into the Rhode Island Italian American Hall of Fame last night in East Greenwich, RI. Great evening listening to his many tales going back to his early days in Italy. And there were some interesting cars parked curbside on Main Street. Another pic from inside:
SVRA races at Circuit of the Americas today. This was a mixed class morning enduro.
Annoyingly the old camera battery crapped out early in the day.
Riegelsville Fall Roll Out show today. I'm not much of a street rod guy, but this was a stunner. GMC 6 cylinder with 3 DCOE Webers, alloy wide 5s, 1/4 eliptic front springs with weight jacking screws, 5 speed stick, and impeccable craftsmanship everywhere.
Schizen! Tornado warning. And Bill's doesn't have a basement.
Update at 6:00 pm. No tornado. We're still alive at the bar. "Once again we've cheated death." (Credit to W.E.B. Griffin for that great line). And I was able to finish my wine.
When we walked into Bill's at 5:00 it was 65 degrees. Now at 7:00, as we're leaving, it's around 40. No wonder the tornado warning.
I was reminiscing about my visit to Toyota's Megaweb in Tokyo years ago since it's going to close on December 31.
Mazda Cosmo, Lotus Elan, and Nissan Skyline GT-R, some of my top dream cars in one shot (plus a Subaru 360 and Mazda Carol):
Audrain Museum, Newport, RI. I was there this weekend. They now own the Nick Begovich car collection (look him up). The cars are currently on display at the museum. This is one of them.
