Just because, I created this in 2002 because it showed up on Google Earth and there is no way that it is just a coincidence located to the west of two real impact craters located just a few miles away (I don't care what the real scientists say). The world's largest intact impact meteor crater located in Hudson Bay. laugh

Having the dog in the shot wasn’t planned as he just jumped into her lap. (He belongs to the owner of the studio.)

Model: Alexandra Nepeyvoda

Dog: Milo

Location: Hart Studios in Brooklyn

No editing. Right out of the camera.

I’m participating in the 52 Frames photo challenge. Each week, you get a different assignment/challenge. It’s been fun and pushes you to try new things.

While I was in New York last week, the challenge was chaos–interpret that as you wish.

To find some chaos, I headed up to Times Square. I came back with this.

Seems odd to post this in April, but I shot it on March 25 -- it's still winter in the Great White North. Skier dorks will recognize the telemark turn -- this guy's nearly 60 and still a ripper.

Oh yeah, totally pouring that day–I believe close to 3 inches of rain–so everyone, self included, arrived looking like a drowned rat. (No rats actually harmed.)

Throwback to 2017, still one of my favorite shoots but not my best Photoshop work. Maybe its time to take a RD2 on the editing.

Kind of off topic but I didn't know where else to post this. How about a 1,524 mm lens for your 3,200-megapixel camera? smiley

I met Lawrence at this shoot. He does video but also stepped in front of the camera. This is right out of the camera and was taken at Hart Studio in Brooklyn.

Been a bit since I contributed.  Took this in the morning today in my front yard.  So far I am doing okay with my new-to-me Nikon Z5.  Kind of missing the user experience of my Fuji X-H1 but liking the full frame aspect of the Nikon.  This was cropped a bit, taken with an old 28mm lens made around 1980 or so if I had to guess.  I think I've shared shots with it here before.
