More on film. Astrid in Sanford, Florida.
Caroline with her WRX.
I've been blowing off a lot of things around the house to take the boy to the park lately. Totally worth it.
Another photo of Icniban.
Tried doing some still racing photography for the first time on the weekend, this one got a bit more motion blur than I wanted but it might be my favorite of the set:
Here's another one from the weekend, not as fun as the previous one but good quality, I think this ranks at an easy 0.8 on the LarryChenOmeter:
Featuring Maya at the site fo the forthcoming Ace Cafe Sanford.
I can't remember if I posted one of these before; maybe did? I screwed this roll of film up developing it (actually loading it onto the developing reel, which I still do now and then especially when out of practice). 45-ish second exposure of Ilford FP4 (125 ISO B&W 35mm film) using a Samyang 14mm lens set to f5.6 or f8. Just did the negative-to-positive shuffle with Negative Lab Pro and thought this one came out pretty well. Whole roll was fun to shoot and I really should do more of these.
Set up a camera with a big lens in a bar on a tripod and everyone thinks you're making a movie no matter what camera you're using (pretty sure this was taken with my Ricoh XR7).
