Well, as you can see how these AI's are developing, you almost don't. Being able to describe exactly what you want to see will likely become a valuable thing though.
BTW, if you want any of these pics slightly modified (say fix some text). There are at least a few here who would likely do that for you (in Photoshop of similar).

Fwiw, there is now an app that artists are using to poison their images so that AI interprets them incorrectly.
You know how people can splice audio into a YouTube video so that humans don't hear it, but the subtitle auto generation algorithm does and makes creepy subtitles? Same thing. The example I saw was that a painting of a cow looked like an image of a purse to AI, to poison the algorithm so a request for a cow would return an image of a purse.
I asked for a wide body Volvo 1800 race car and it came up with several Volvo 122. I don't know why the download cropped the sides of the picture off. I then asked for an 8 wheeled super car and it refused.

'Almost' is very close to good enough, yet it is not. I have a few thousand images and can erase relics with Fotor but haven't tried hard yet to edit/replace text.
I'm getting better results by suggesting what my things should look like instead of telling it what I want to see and notice that a specific word prompts loses its strength quickly so I try to keep ai 'interested' by replacing adjectives and changing style words.

I keep being led by AI to believe that AI CAN generate images in any aspect ratio you desire but burned my daily 15 credits trying. I dunno. Maybe on a laptop it looks 16:9? 
I thought I hated AI art until this happened:
