Just a reminder. Coffee chat is tomorrow (Thursday) at 9 AM EST. I've got a conflict meeting Friday morning.

I won't be able to make it today. We've got two zooms for the kids, shopping to do, and the sleepywife has a language class (also zoom) that's not long after the chat, which requires some pre-work and kid isolation to get done.
Great chat. Thank you all. Never thought strip club daycare would be involved. Who knew?
Let's do a Friday night chat tomorrow night. The world is opening back up (a bit) so it may be the last time some people have a chance to join. We'll do 8-11 PM EST to hopefully include some of the West coast people.
Great time, glad to have been a part of the fun. Fun conversation with fun peeps. If you haven't done one of these, find a way to make it happen. My day is much happier even though I'm now behind work-wise.
Yeah, these morning coffee gatherings sound cool, but with the WFH new world order most days we have some sort of work related conference call or video meeting between 8:30 & 10:00. I think it must be specifically to keep me from participating in the more enjoyable GRM video chats...

Amazing coincidence as I was up on the pole this morning during the zoom.

Find any $ in your G-string afterwards?
Edit: No, photos are not necessary...

There is one tonight. 8-11 PM to give both the East and West coasters a chance to pop in.
Had to leave early. I have kid duty tonight so I can have a full day of wrenching on the challenge car tomorrow. Priorities.
My neighbors decided to have a fire so I'm going to go sit around there for a bit. Nice discussion tonight.
Thank you once again for hosting again.
On the solenoid talk, I was going to mention the solenoid/contactor that we used on the ambulances but I could not remember the name. I don't think they will support 500 amps though. The company that makes them is called Trombetta. They have one that'll do 1000 amps inrush.

AEV (the upfitter) uses the defender series contactor in the emergency start circuit which is a single 65 series battery with 750 CCA.
Just an FYI. No chat tonight. We'll do 2 on Friday 5/8. A morning one 9-10 and an evening one 8-10. See you then.
You'll need to log in to post.
