Yep I'm almost certain. Client has in-house QC team and a 3rd party doing the special inspections. Thirteen thousand truck loads and I get a copy of every single report. It's like a river of emails but I ask them to flag the ones with non conformity in case I don't read every single one.

...I also built for a couple years in the Dominican Republic near the Haitian border. We built for hurricanes. Didn't think earthquakes were an issue.
