No one at the Halloween party knew who we were. I think GRM will.

You are correct! These were the best Halloween costumes...in the world.
I gave my daughter the hamster after the party. She promptly renamed him Cupcake.
And on that bombshell, goodnight!

Ratatouille?
Yeah, the puppet slid down.
Better image, and my wife wearing one of her creations. She has a theater degree in costume production.
Just finished pumpkins with the kids. Junior did his own this year and still has all the fingers attached.
"Honey, your pumpkin is disturbing."
"...its a jack-o-lantern?"
"Yes, but its disturbing"
"Its a jack-o-lantern."
Had three groups of kids show up, all being ferried between houses with their lights on by a car. I hate this neighborhood.
Did I use this Halloween as an excuse to buy a new toy? Maybe. Did I then spend 3 full days weeding vinyl and cursing my life choices? Definitely.
Useless information- I was friends with my wife for 2 years and in 1982 on Halloween I fell for her hard at a party. 39 years later....wait, where did the time go?
BTW I've always been the guy looking for costume ideas 90 minutes before I gotta leave.
We had a decent run this year. Better than last year but not as good as the previous ones. Probably 50-60 kids came through.
We set up like usual. The kids seem to appreciate it.

When I saw the Fiona pumpkin I knew you had to be from Cincinnati... I'm in Delhi.
We're too low density to attract trick or treaters, so my wife and I watched Shaun Of The Dead instead. With the black cat, who needs a pumpkin?

Nice! I grew up in Western Hills and after a stint in Texas ended up on in Anderson. Have to do a Cincy GRM get together in the near future. Maybe meet up at Tobago cars and coffee as a group?
We got maybe a dozen trick-or-treaters. It was kind of a bummer. We didn't even watch a scary movie.
We had family down on Saturday evening to carve pumpkins together and although it was a very good time, we never actually got around to making the jacks. So DW and I carved ours yesterday afternoon. No pics because my phone was dead, so they're on her phone.
