HappyAndy's Memorial Fund

I finally was able to get a gofundme page set up for HappyAndy's family.   

For those that haven't heard, HappyAndy died from complications from a motorcycle crash . He left behind a young wife, and two young kids. One of which, his niece, was a responsibility taken on voluntarily because, well, Andy was just a great guy and when someone is in need, his natural inclination is to give of himself in every way possible.    

There are two ways you can help, you can help financially by donating to the Help HappyAndy's Family fund. This will go directly to his wife so she can use it as needed, be that daily living expenses right now, or to help with the enormous medical bills left behind.   

The other way, if you haven't already, is to drop a message, or just say something great about our fallen friend. It helps those of us who are mourning the loss, and no doubt his wife would love to read the positive thoughts and get a grasp of the impact and influence he had around here.

Thanks for setting this up. I'm stretched a bit thin with causes right now but I'm giving what I can. 

I haven't been on the board in a while.  Just saw the gofundme pop up on Facebook.  I considered Andy a friend.  One of the handful on the GRM board I've met in person.  He was a great guy, and this really hits hard.  He'd stop by my shop when he was in the area to fix a fork truck.  Usually one of our neighboring shops rundown equipment.  I'm going to miss him.

How did it pop up on your FB feed? I didn't put in on FB, mainly because I don't want to pester my friends that don't know andy. Just curious about how these things work.

Thank you all for your donations. It's amazing to me that most of you have never met him in person, and I suspect only Rob and I ever met his wife, yet you're still willing to give willingly. It restores my faith in humanity.

I shared it. It's going to be at least two weeks before I can contribute so I figured I would at least spread the word. I dgaf about pestering my "friends" on FB
